Decentralized cloud network OORT’s CEO Dr. Max Li warns that infrastructure limitations—not conceptual potential—are constraining Web3 AI agents despite 33% monthly growth. While autonomous agents could redefine crypto interactions, only 3% of AI solutions currently operate on blockchain networks.
